BayNorth Capital LLC is a real estate investment firm with a seasoned team of real estate professionals. Based in Boston, the firm was formed in 2004 and is led by Managing Directors Chip Douglas, Charlie Wu, Charlie Flint and Clancy Casey. The BayNorth team enjoys a long history of working together.

Initially managing an investment portfolio solely for Harvard University from 1992 - 1998, the BayNorth team has since broadened its investor base to also include many other institutional clients. To date, the BayNorth team has invested approximately $2.2 billion of capital for six distinct funds and currently manages approximately $1.2 billion of equity assets.

BayNorth pursues opportunistic, re-development and value-added equity and mezzanine debt investments principally in the United States. The experience that has been gleaned from investing in properties through multiple real estate cycles enables the BayNorth team to apply keen judgment to maximize the value of its clients’ assets.
