Charles J. Flint
Charlie joined BayNorth in 2005 from O’Connor Capital Partners in New York, where he was a Partner and co-head of North American investments. He had previously invested capital on behalf of the firm’s Peabody Global and Argo II funds. Prior to that, Charlie was Senior Vice President and limited partner of LaSalle Partners Limited in Boston, focused on property acquisitions.

David P. Cronin
David Cronin joined BayNorth in 2005 from the Partners Group at AEW Capital Management. Previously, he was an Associate in the Real Estate Group at J.P. Morgan Partners in New York. Prior to that, David was a Financial Analyst in the Real Estate and Lodging Group of the investment banking division at Salomon Smith Barney in New York.

Matthew R. Devine
Matt joined BayNorth in 2006 from Wellington Management Company. At Wellington, Matt managed advisory relationships with large institutional clients and third party investment management firms. Prior to that, he worked in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance group at UBS Investment Bank in New York, providing M&A advisory work and financing for private equity investments.

Charles F. Wu
Prior to founding BayNorth, Charlie was a Managing Director of the Real Estate Group at Charlesbank Capital Partners, the former private equity and real estate investment unit of Harvard Management Company. Before joining Harvard, Charlie was Director and Portfolio Manager at AEW Capital Management. Charlie is currently a professor at Harvard Business School and an advisor to BayNorth.
